The Initiatives for Media Development (IMdev) is a non-governmental organization incorporated in the Republic of Sierra Leone since 2014 and registered with the Ministries of Planning and Development, Social Welfare, and Information and Communications.

IMdev has attained a remarkable track record of successes by utilizing strategic media activities to promote various development programs, including those focused on gender and health. Using an innovative approach, IMdev has achieved significant success for its partners in raising awareness about and promoting their projects and events.
